Website privacy

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public pages, referral sources, successful playtest applications, and clicks on the Discord invitation. Reports help us see what brings people to Wellgate and improve the website.

Google receives website event data and standard connection information, such as your browser, device, and IP address. Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions; counts are estimates and do not represent a list of identified people. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

Your application stays separate

We do not send your name, email address, or application answers to Google Analytics. The signup event records that an application was accepted, and the Discord event records a link click—not whether you joined Discord. Private admin pages are excluded from tracking.

See the playtest privacy notice for how application information is handled.

Your choice

Google Analytics is blocked until you allow it. We remember your preference on this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it using the control below or in the website footer. Declining after previously accepting stops future analytics collection and removes this website’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected.

We also keep analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Clearing browser storage resets your saved choice.
