Playtest privacy notice

This notice explains how information submitted through the Wellgate playtest application is used and maintained.
Information we collect
The application asks for your name, email address, country or region if provided, detected time zone, available devices, card-game experience, typical availability, games you enjoy, and why you are interested in Wellgate. We also record referral and campaign information when it is present in the link you used.
How we use it
ModernAtlas Studios uses this information to select a useful mix of testers, send playtest invitations, organize test groups, understand applicant interests, and improve Wellgate. Joining the list does not guarantee an invitation.
Storage and access
Applications are stored in the site's private database. Access to the applicant dashboard is restricted to authorized ModernAtlas Studios administrators. Applicant information is not displayed publicly and is not sold.
Retention and withdrawal
Applications are kept while Wellgate remains in active development and while the information may be useful for playtest recruitment. Inactive records are reviewed periodically and removed when they are no longer needed. To withdraw or request access to or deletion of your application, email playwellgate@gmail.com from the address you used to apply. Include “Wellgate privacy request” in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the email address before completing the request.
Age requirement
The current playtest list is limited to people who confirm that they are at least 18 years old.
